Preparation
Put all the ingredients in a pot of water, then bring the mixture to a boil and simmer it on low heat for about 3 minutes. Now, let the mixture cool down for 5 minutes, then strain it and drink 1 liter of the tea every day for 15 days. If you’re not satisfied by the results, take a week break and repeat the procedure for another 15 days. Take the tea any time of the day you like. The ingredients are easily available and cheap. However, senna leaves might be harder to find, so if you’re unable to obtain them, you can prepare the recipe without them.
Note: the tea isn’t recommended for people suffering from high blood pressure. We suggest taking it for a week, then taking a break, and also consulting with your doctor before use if you’re sensitive to the ingredients. The tea can be consumed hot or cold and can be sweetened with some honey.
