Mix the condensed milk and cold whipped cream in a bowl until smooth and set aside.
Subsequently, place a layer of cream made with condensed milk and cream on a plate, then another layer of milk biscuit (I like to dip the biscuit in milk before placing it) and repeat the process, intertwining the layers until the last . it’s the cream.
Finally, prepare a chocolate ganache and milk cream. To prepare the ganache, melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, once the chocolate has completely melted, add the cream and mix a little more.
Then pour the ganache onto the pastry board. If you want you can also use chocolate chips to decorate.
Then just put it in the fridge for about 5 hours and it’s ready to enjoy.
