FREEZING EGGS

1. Crack one egg into each compartment of an ice cube tray.
2. Freeze the eggs in the tray until solid.
3. Remove the frozen eggs from the tray and transfer them to a zip-top bag. This frees up your ice cube trays for other uses.
4. Defrost the eggs at room temperature when you’re ready to use them. They’re great for dishes that call for eggs or even for making scrambled eggs.
