Most people don’t have a tumble dryer to quickly dry clothes that have just come out of the washing machine. So what do you do when it gets cold or you don’t have time to let your clothes dry on their own?

Laundry from the washing machine – source: spm
Start washing:
If your clothes are not delicate and you don’t want to damage them, increase the spin cycle. The higher the spin cycle, the more excess water is removed from the textiles.
The towel trick:
This is a very effective trick, especially for clothes that have been washed in the washing machine.
Spread a clean towel (or even two) on a flat surface. Place the garment over it, stretching it well to avoid wrinkles, and then start rolling the towel around the garment (like a sponge cake rolled up in a Christmas log) so that the towel absorbs most of the moisture.
