I’m ashamed of how much I like this meal… that is, until you taste it…

Gather the ingredients: Top each chicken breast with a piece of ham and Swiss cheese. If necessary, use toothpicks to secure them after you roll them up securely.
Prior to breading, arrange three shallow dishes. Arrange the flour in one, the eggs in another, and the breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in the third.
Chicken Breading: Coat each roll completely with flour before dipping it in the egg mixture. The last step is to roll it in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to ensure a coat. After breading, transfer the rolls to the baking dish.
Before resting, bake the chicken for 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked thoroughly. Prior to slicing and serving, allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes.
Hot Chicken Cordon Bleu, topped with fresh parsley, is ready to be served. It goes well with mashed potatoes, steamed veggies, or a light green salad.
