Lady flips a tire and sprays it bright pink. I’ve never seen a planter idea this fun before!

Directions

Clean the tire thoroughly to remove any dirt or debris.
Lay down a drop cloth or newspaper in a well-ventilated area to protect the ground from paint.
Put on protective gloves and a face mask.
Spray the tire with bright pink spray paint, ensuring even coverage. Allow it to dry completely, following the paint manufacturer’s instructions.
If desired, drill several drainage holes in the bottom of the tire to prevent waterlogging.
Place the tire in your desired location, ensuring it is stable.
Fill the inside of the tire with gardening soil.
Plant your chosen flowers or plants in the soil, arranging them as desired.
Water the plants thoroughly and enjoy your new vibrant planter!

Variations & Tips

For a different look, consider using multiple colors of spray paint to create a gradient or striped effect on the tire. You can also experiment with different plant arrangements, such as succulents for a low-maintenance option or a mix of trailing and upright plants for added texture. If you prefer a more subtle look, choose a pastel or muted color instead of bright pink. Additionally, you can stack multiple tires for a tiered planter effect, or use smaller tires for a series of matching planters.
