Crafting the culinary symphony
To embark on this culinary adventure, start by obtaining three good-sized, fragrant oranges. Peel them and cut them into small pieces, placing them in a bowl. Using an immersion blender, create a smooth mixture of oranges. At the same time, in a separate container, break three eggs, adding 160 grams of sugar and a glass of vegetable oil (about 200 ml). Add 200 ml of milk and grate a little orange zest into the mixture. Once achieved, gently mix the previously pureed oranges.

Using a mixer, delicately combine the ingredients, sifting 360 grams of flour and a sachet of baking powder (about 10 grams) into the mixture. Grease a baking sheet with half a tablespoon of butter and half a tablespoon of flour. Pour some of the mixture into the tray, leaving at least 1/4 in the bowl. Spread the inserted mixture evenly in the pan.

Then, add 15 grams of coffee to the remaining mixture in the bowl. Pour this new mixture into the mold forming small circles on the previous layer. Bake for approximately 40 minutes at 170°C. Once taken out of the oven, sprinkle 300 ml of milk with a teaspoon and add a splash of grated coconut on top.

After letting it cool, cut the dessert into squares. The captivating color difference not only attracts the eyes but, more importantly, the palate. This unexpected union of orange and coffee creates a delicious dessert that is sure to delight your palate.
