Spread one of the two puff pastry discs and cover with tomato, cheese and bacon.
Cover with the second disk and cut everything as shown in the video. Roll up each portion of puff pastry to create a Christmas star. Brush with egg yolk and add the sesame seeds.
Bake at 200° for 15 minutes.
