Foie
It is a rich source of B vitamins, vitamin A and vitamin K, as well as iron. However, be careful and limit the amount of liver you give your dog, as too much liver is toxic to them. No more than 1g of fresh liver per kg of body weight per day.
Avena
Oats are high in fiber and ideal for older dogs with intestinal problems. Cook before serving. If you have a wheat allergy, oatmeal is a great substitute.
Sweet potatoes
Sweet potatoes should be sliced and dehydrated before serving. They are an excellent source of vitamin B6, vitamin C, beta-carotene, and manganese.
