Today, I’m excited to share with you a recipe that requires minimal effort but delivers maximum flavor and satisfaction. These almond cookies are flourless, eggless, and free from added sugars, butter, and sour cream. Instead, they feature natural, wholesome ingredients that will leave everyone craving for more. Let’s dive into the recipe!

Ingredients:

1 medium sweet apple
80 grams almonds

Instructions:

Preheat the Oven: Heat your oven to 180℃ (350℉) to prepare for baking.

Prepare the Apples: Start by removing the seeds from the apple and finely chopping it. Optionally, you can peel the skin if desired. Transfer the chopped apple to a blender and pulse until it resembles finely grated apple, maintaining its texture.

Grind Almonds: Pour the almonds into a dry blender bowl and grind them into a coarse flour-like texture. This will serve as the base for our cookies.
