2 red apples
2 green apples
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup seeded grapes
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup natural yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
Juice of 1 lemon

Preparation

Wash and prepare the apples: Wash the apples well and cut them into small cubes, without removing the skin. Place the apple cubes in a large bowl.

Add the lemon juice: To prevent the apples from oxidizing and turning brown, add the lemon juice and mix well.

Add the additional ingredients: Add the chopped celery, walnuts, and grapes to the bowl with the apples. Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
