Ingredients:

3-4 potatoes
2 onions
1 bell pepper (optional)
100 g of cheese
2 eggs
Salt (to taste)
3 tablespoons of corn starch
Sunflower vegetable oil
Method of Preparation:

1. Preparing the Potatoes and Onions:

Peel and grate the potatoes using a grater with large holes.
Rinse the grated potatoes well in cold water to remove excess starch, then allow them to drain in a colander.
Cut the peeled onions into half rings.
2. Cooking the Vegetables:

Heat a frying pan with a little vegetable oil.
Sauté the sliced onions in the pan until they soften.
Optionally, add the bell pepper strips to the pan with the onions.
Season the vegetables with salt and continue frying until cooked through. Remove from heat once done.
