For a detox juice, an herbal tea or to spice up your pumpkin velouté, ginger is the extra ingredient that will make the difference. Therefore, it is no coincidence that lovers of this rhizome want to have it throughout the year. To turn this wish into reality, here is the trick that will allow you to have endless ginger, from a simple flower pot.
How to infinitely get rid of ginger from a pot?

Instead of scouring stores for ginger to flavor your meat marinades , poultry, stews, or herbal teas, why not consider growing it comfortably at home from a simple, no-fuss pot?
Since this tropical plant is native to Southeast Asia, it is necessary, if you want to grow it in France, to offer it favorable conditions.
As ginger is a plant that especially appreciates heat, it is important to ensure that the temperature does not drop below 20 degrees.
Get a fairly large pot. Ginger grows mainly in width, so there is no need to opt for a deep pot and ensure that the distance between each of the roots exceeds twenty centimeters. Instead of planting seeds, you will need a ginger rhizome. It should be firm and rather light green in color.
With a clean knife, cut the rhizome into several pieces of about 3 centimeters. Ginger should be dry and clean before planting. If, on the other hand, it is damp, let it rest for 48 hours to prevent rot.
Once this time has passed, you can plant your ginger pieces in shallow but fertile soil. Then cover everything with a layer of substrate of about 5 centimeters and do not hesitate to water abundantly.
