For smokers and ex-smokers: 6 ways to cleanse and revitalize your lungs

It has been observed that even former smokers who quit several years ago have traces of lung damage.

Even if we’ve never smoked, second-hand cigarette smoke, industrial pollution, vehicle exhaust and now chemtrails with heavy metal nanoparticles falling on us, all contribute to some level of lung damage for almost everyone.

So, whether or not you have ever smoked tobacco full of chemicals and radioactive (from fertilizers), detoxification and regeneration of lung tissue may be appropriate for you.

As an aside, the notion that lung damage is irreparable is false. Proper, regular food and care can repair damaged tissues in your lungs.

Here’s how to detoxify and regenerate your lungs:
1) Lifestyle changes come first because they are the basis of any remedy to achieve significant and long-lasting effects.

The best way to avoid most chemicals, GMOs, artificial sweeteners, high fructose corn syrup, excess sugar and low quality salt, is to eliminate junk foods, processed foods and sodas. Reduce meat, avoid dairy and gluten to reduce excess mucus. Also add ginger, onions, garlic and cayenne pepper to help eliminate excess mucus. 

Do more exercise outside, away from traffic if possible. Breathing exercises like this can help strengthen lung tissue. Yoga offers some, and there are others too.
