There are many chemical-free home fragrances available at health food stores, and you can also make some with essential oils. The same goes for cosmetics and personal care products. Only buy products without aluminum and paraben, but the best thing is to prepare them yourself.

If you have a garden, do not use commercial pesticides because they are toxic: they emit caustic gases or vapors that irritate the lungs. There are alternatives that are non-toxic to humans and animals.
