Military diet: lose weight in just 3 days!

You want to lose weight, but you don’t have the patience to go on a long-term weight loss diet. Thanks to this asceticism, you can lose weight in just 3 days, with a small dose of good will and respect for these rules. Yes, the military regime imposes!

The concept of this diet is to follow specific menus for each meal of the day, with the exception of a few small modifications without impact, such as replacing meat with lentils  or one fruit with another . However, any addition of supplements, such as fats or condiments, is strictly prohibited. The list of permitted additions is as follows: lemon juice, spices and low calorie natural sweeteners. 

This diet lasts three days, during which you will simultaneously improve your metabolism, burn your fat and burst with energy. Once your diet is over, favor a slightly more caloric but balanced diet.

Before starting this diet, it is best to have a  medical opinion , to make an assessment and know the contraindications.

Day 1

Breakfast

  • ½ grapefruit
  • 1 slice of toast or toasted wholemeal bread
  • 2 tablespoons homemade peanut butter
  • 1 cup of tea or coffee

Lunch

  • ½ cup of natural tuna (without oil)
  • 1 slice of toast or toasted wholemeal bread
  • 1 cup of tea or coffee

Diner

  • 85 grams of meat cooked in the oven
  • 1 cup green beans
  • ½ banana
  • 1 small apple
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream

Day 2

Breakfast

  • 1 egg
  • 1 slice of toast or toasted wholemeal bread
  • ½ banana

Lunch

  • 1 cup cottage cheese (goat’s milk)
  • 1 hard-boiled egg
  • 5 brown rice crackers

Diner

  • 85 g oven-baked white meat
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • ½ cup carrots
  • ½ banana
  • ½ cup vanilla ice cream
