Philly Cheesesteak Egg Rolls:

In a large skillet, bring a tablespoon of olive oil to a steady temperature over medium heat.
Add the diced onion and bell pepper. To soften, sauté for about three to four minutes.
If using mushrooms, add them to the skillet and continue to cook until they lose their moisture and become more pliable.
A mixture of salt and pepper should be applied to the steak slices before adding them to the skillet. Cook for about three to four minutes, or until the food is browned and cooked through.
After removing the skillet from the heat, let the mixture cool slightly.
Prepare the spring rolls by:

A clean surface should be used to lay out a spring roll wrapper with one corner facing you in a diamond shape.
Take a tablespoon of the cooked steak mixture and place it in the middle of the wrapper.
A piece of provolone cheese or a tiny bit of it should be placed on top.
You should start by folding the bottom corner over the filling, then fold the sides in, and then roll the wrapper tightly.
A small amount of egg wash should be applied to the top corner of the egg roll in order to seal it. The wrappers and filling should be repeated with the remaining wrappers.
